There is plenty of evidence to link a productive workplace with a healthy and active workforce. Our range of activities and seminars provide excellent opportunities for staff and management to engage in more activity, build stronger teams and increase productivity.
We’ve worked with some of the countries largest companies and delivered a wide range of bespoke activities for teams of all sizes.
Network Rail asked us to deliver a series of activities for them back in 2010 and we were awarded their Community Partner of the Year at a prestigious awards evening at the Natural History Museum in 2012. We continue to work with them, providing bespoke activities for staff and partners.

Cycle to work instruction, Healthy Lifestyles workshops, Outdoor Teamwork, Leadership and Communication teambuilding days, Motivational talks from our resident Great Britain triathlete and general adventurer, we offer a wide range of activities to really help engage your workforce, keep them happy and motivated and ultimately more productive.
